By accessing or using freckaplumbing.com (the “Site”), requesting an estimate, booking service, or communicating with our AI virtual assistant, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to request service at the property in question. Our Site includes an AI-powered virtual assistant (“AI Assistant”) that may help answer questions, provide estimates, and schedule appointments. The AI Assistant provides general information and scheduling support; it does not replace a licensed technician’s on-site diagnosis, and any estimate it provides is preliminary and subject to confirmation. You agree to provide accurate, current information (name, contact details, service address, and description of the issue) when requesting service. You agree not to misuse the Site or AI Assistant, including submitting false information, attempting to interfere with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Estimates provided online, by phone, by text, or through the AI Assistant are preliminary and based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after an in-person inspection, based on actual conditions found. Scheduling requests are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from our team, our dispatch system, or the AI Assistant. We will make reasonable efforts to honor scheduled windows but arrival times may shift due to prior jobs, emergencies, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Emergency service availability and response times are not guaranteed and depend on current job volume and technician availability. Payment terms, invoicing, and any warranty on completed work will be set out in your service agreement/invoice at the time of service and are not altered by these Terms.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment-related texts and calls as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to text/call communications is not a condition of purchasing services. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time; message and data rates may apply.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Frecka Plumbing name and branding, is owned by or licensed to Frecka Plumbing and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.
The Site and AI Assistant are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee the Site or AI Assistant will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided (including by the AI Assistant) will be complete or fully accurate in every circumstance. General information on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for an on-site professional assessment of your plumbing system.
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, Frecka Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or AI Assistant, including reliance on preliminary estimates or scheduling information, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from the performance of actual plumbing work, which is governed by your service agreement/invoice and applicable Ohio contractor licensing and consumer protection law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Frecka Plumbing harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site, AI Assistant, or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio, unless otherwise required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
