We just used this company to install some plumbing that we needed for our gas dryer. The guy who scheduled with us on the phone was great and even asked for photos (which I sent by text) so that their technician could plan his work and be ready when he got to our house. Our hot water tank at work decided to die right before Christmas. They answered the phone promptly and scheduled the replacement for the following week. It only took a few hours for the replacement and they did a great job. Highly recommend!
Sump grinder in our basement was inoperable. I called and spoke to Ryan. We set an appointment. When Chris came out, water was already flowing up from my basement water heater / dehumidifier drain. Chris worked quickly, results were great. The fixed sump area was resealed, looked professional, and the price was very affordable. I highly recommend Frecka, and will use them again. Called Frecka Plumbing due to the main sewer stack starting to leak; 73 year old cast iron pipe. Eric was able get a plumber in the day I called. Chris came in, assessed things quickly, gave me a ball park figure and got the repair scheduled. Chris and Josh arrived, took great care to protect stairs, carpet, etc., and repaired the pipe. They then cleaned everything up and I couldn't tell they had made any mess at all. Very happy with the work done quickly and well.
